After clicking the 'Register' button at the bottom of this page, you will be redirected to our secure payment gateway, where you can enter your credit card details. After completing payment, you will be redirected back here to receive your invoice and confirmation.

Conditions & Cancellation Policy.

The Organisation (“the User”) will pay for the training services provided. The User will take reasonable steps to ensure that training recipients respect and do not breach the intellectual property rights of third parties. The User will take reasonable steps to ensure that training recipients maintain the confidentiality of information they receive while undertaking training.

If a registered training participant cancels their registration, BTLI Pty Ltd reserves the right to charge a cancellation fee of:

1. 25% of the total registration fee (GST included) if cancelled on the third, fourth or fifth business day before course commencement;
2. 50% of the total registration fee (GST included) if cancelled on the second business day before course commencement; and
3. 100% of the total registration fee (GST included) if cancelled on the business day immediately before course commencement or for non-attendance at the course.

However, BTLi Pty Ltd, reserves the right to cancel a course due to unforeseen illness of the facilitator or if there are less than 10 registered training recipients five business days in advance of the scheduled day.

In the event of course cancellation, then any registration fees already paid for the course will be fully refunded, or transferred to the next available course upon agreement with the registered training participant, at the time of notification of cancellation.
